East County Repeater Association

Mount Otay is home to several ECRA repeaters and is supplied with emergency power to assist when commercial power is lost. The site elevation is approximately 3556'. The site  was developed and operated by Mountain Relay Company for many, many years and now is owned by  "ATC" American Tower Corporation.
